Dramalj is a tourist destination on the Croatian Adriatic, on the most beautiful part of the Kvarner gulf. With Crikvenica and touristic settlement Kačjak Dramalj is connected through a coastal promenade.
Dramalj can be reached by road in one day from most of the parts in Europe. Distance from bigger European cities: Prague 860km, Munich 560km, Wien 555km, Budapest 530km, Bratislava 520km, Milan 520km, Graz 367km, Venezia 277km, Ljubljana 150km, Trieste 114km. Dramalj can also be reached by sea or air. On the island of Krk there is an airport, only 20 kilometers from Dramalj.

Dramalj was originally a small fisher town. The economic growth of Dramalj began somewhere at the begining of the 19th century and has now more than 1600 inhabitants. Mediterranean climate, dry, sunny sommers and rainy, mild winters, minimal air pollution, increased salt and ozon in the air: all that goes in favour for the health tourism. In Dramalj you can therefore enjoy in talasotherapy.

In front of the hotel Omorika you can find a recreational centar that offer various activities such as water skiing. In the nearby Selce and Crikvenica you can find diving clubs that offer diving courses. The mountain Velebit and its peak Zavizan are near where you can visit a botanical garden or climbing routes.
In Dramalj you can enjoy the meals in very prestigeous restaurants (Lanterna, Primorka). Here you will also find a post office, ambulance for tourists, promenade Kalvarija, and organized musical nights.
